- Advanced Placement Classes (AP)
This form must be signed and returned to your child's counselor if it has been decided that the student will take a course that he/she/they were not recommended for.
Changing a Schedule:
These forms must be signed by a parent/guardian and should be filled out before you come to see a counselor. We do NOT take schedule changes for teacher or class period requests. This should be used to add/drop a class ONLY.
- Schedule Change Form (for after the deadline: This must be printed and turned in to student services)
- If you wish to have a schedule change before or during the first 5 days of the 1st or 2nd semester, please use this electronic form.
