Welcome back to Jackson High School Students to another exciting year back at school.
My name is Dan Rodriguez and I am a Health and PE teacher at Jackson Local School. I have taught elementary PE for the past 8 years and I am very excited to be part of the high school. I have been part of the baseball team as the pitching coach for the past 6 years. I have also helped coach football and girls basketball in the past.The health course I teach is designed to equip the students with information that will help him/her maintain quality health in all of the major areas of health (physical, spiritual, mental/emotional, social). The students will be encouraged to examine his/her decisions and determine how to make choices that will benefit him/her both now and in the future.Topics Covered1. A Healthy Foundation- chapters 1-2
