    This is my 19th year teaching at Jackson High School!  Here is a little bio about me:

    I am a 1992 graduate of Jackson High School!  I earned a bachelor's degree in biology from John Carroll University in 1996!  I then earned a Masters in Secondary Education from the University of Akron in December of 1998.   I earned a Masters in Administration in May of 2013 from the University of Akron.

    I earned my National Board Certification in the Fall of 2005!

    I began teaching here in the fall of 1999!  I have taught Science Explorations, Accelerated Science Explorations, F.A.S.T, Marine Biology, Earth Science, and Accelerated 9th grade Biology.  This year I am teaching 9th grade Biology and APES (AP Environmental Science)!   

    I am currently the Science Department Head and the Resident Educator Coordinator for the Jackson Local School District!

    At home I have four wonderful boys, Carter who is 12 almost 13, Jameson and Dylan who are 10 and Blake who is 8!
