As a club, we participate in multiple activities including:

• Math Tutoring
• OCTM competiton
• Pi Day Activities
• Math Education Month (April)
• Other activities to be decided upon by the club membership

We also conduct community service as a club, and every member must contribute.

Everyone is welcome to join! We do also offer the option to be part of the Mu Alpha Theta honor society, with a few requirements that are listed below. As a part of the honor society, you are able to apply for scholarships and eligible to get a cord at graduation.

Requirements

Minimum eligibility requirements for members:

• Members must be high school students in grades 9 through 12.
• Members must be registered at the school at which their permanent records reside.
• Members must have completed the equivalent of two years of college preparatory mathematics, including algebra and/or geometry, and have completed or are enrolled in a third year of college preparatory mathematics.
• On the 4-point grading scale, members must have at least a 3.0 math grade point average.
