Mrs. Michele N. Monigold

Jackson High School Music Department Head, Director of Bands

Mrs. Monigold holds degrees from the University of Cincinnati College-Conservatory of Music (double major in clarinet performance and music education) and The University of Akron (Master's degree in Music Education).  Michele holds Mentor and Master Teacher certifications, is a National Geographic certified educator/trainer, Ohio Teacher Leader Liaison, and is an active OMEA adjudicator for both woodwinds and large group adjudicated events.  Michele was selected as the State Board of Education District 8 Ohio Teacher of the Year for 2019.
