Welcome to my Website! Polaris will be utilized for you to obtain resources and information for individual classes. Please share your Polaris log-in with your parent(s)/guardian(s) in case they have questions about individual assignments.

I have been teaching at Jackson High School since the 2005-2006 school year. In my time at Jackson, I have taught: Accelerated Biology Block, Accelerate Freshman Biology, Sophomore Biology, Anatomy and Physiology, AP Biology, and Forensic Science, and Marine Biology.

I became a science teacher because of my love for living things. I have several classroom animals including two corn snakes named Dora (wild variety) and Diego (albino) and an African Chichlid.

In my free time I enjoy spending time with my husband and family camping, hiking, kayaking, SCUBA diving, rescuing cats, knitting, and enjoying the outdoors.

If you have any questions or concerns please feel free to contact me at lap2jc@mail.jackson.sparcc.org OR 330.837.3501 ext. 1118.
