  • ATHLETIC PHYSICALS

     

    Jackson will be offering Sports Physicals on Friday, May 30, 2025.

    • Time 1:30- 4:00. Must be in line no later than 3:45.
    • Please enter at the lower level of the High School through Door 16W
    • Please bring your official 2025-2026 OHSAA physical form from the OHSAA website with the parent and student section fully filled out and signed. If the form is not signed by a parent/guardian your student-athlete may be turned away. Students will be sent home with the paper copy of their physical which should then be uploaded to their Final Forms account. We will not be accepting paper copies of physicals.
    • Price: $15.00.
    • Check or cash will be accepted. Checks payable to: Jackson Local Schools

     

  • 2025 Fall Athletes need to:

    1) To Register your student as an Athlete into FINAL FORMS continue to https://jacksonlocal-oh.finalforms.com/ and click on Athletics -> Athletic Registration.

    2) A current physical needs to be uploaded to your Final Forms account or the physical can be turned into the Middle School Athletic Office.

    3) Pay your athletes Pay to Participate fee through your Final Forms account (Middle School fee is $75 per season/per athlete,  Family cap $300)

    • Payment can also be paid by check and handed into the MS athletic office.
    • This payment is not due until Sept 4th for Fall Sports

  • JMMS 2025 7/8th Grade Volleyball

    Tryouts:  Aug 1st, Aug 2nd, and Aug 4th
    Athletes must attend all three days of tryouts for the best chance to make the teams
    Where: Purple gym at JMMS (enter doors 20E)
    Time:  8th Grade = 8:00 am-10:0 0am       7th Grade= 10:15 am-12:15pm
     
    First official practice starts: Tuesday, August 5th, time TBD - every weekday until end of season in mid-October.
     

  • JMMS 8th GRADE Football

    Summer Condition: Every Tuesday & Thursday,  starts June 10th (10:00-11:30) through July 1 

    Team Camp:  Mon-Thurs  9:00am - 12:00pm  (Starting July 7th)

  • Middle School Tickets

    This year we have athletic ticket purchase options. Aside from the normal on-line ticket purchase option we will also be taking cash again this year at the gate.

    Individual game tickets will not be available until one week prior to the contest.  Suggest not purchasing on-line tickets until the day of the event in case of any cancellations.

    Purchase through Jackson Ticketing Box Office

    -Jackson Student All Year Sports Pass  - $73  - good for all HS and MS events

    Individual MS sports like Volleyball and Basketball will have Season Passes with the multiple number of home games for each team.  These will also be available at the beginning of each respective season through our Jackson Ticketing Box Office.  High School also has individual season passes for most sports as well.
