2025 Cedar Point Trip - Class of 2029

Info about the trip will be shared with 8th grade students in February of 2025

Dear 8th Grade Students and Parents:

We are excited for eighth grade students to be able to celebrate their middle school years with a Class of 2028 Field Trip to Cedar Point, Sandusky Ohio. This year the trip will be on Thursday, May 29th. We will be departing from JMMS at 7:15AM by charter bus and will be returning that evening at approximately 9:30PM. Students should arrive at JMMS between 6:15-6:45. Please drop them off on the East side of the building and enter doors 20E. Students will be held in Purple Gym until bus boarding begins at 7:00 AM with a departure time of 7:15 AM (SHARP).  

Students may choose their bus partner to sit with on the bus (male with male & female with female). Select carefully – no change in bus buddy permitted.  

Cost will be TBA, which includes park admission and charter bus transportation. If your child has a season pass to Cedar Point, the cost of the trip will be TBA to cover the transportation cost.  * Jackson Memorial Middle School or PATT will not be responsible for lost or stolen passes.

Payments can be made by cash, check or Venmo. Tickets are non-refundable after purchase.  

• If you are paying by check, checks should be made out to JMMS PATT. Please include the student's name on the memo line. 

• If you are paying by Venmo. Please include the student’s name within the memo line.
