  Students and Parents please feel free more then ever to email me with any concerns.  These are challenging times that all of us are facing with the stay at home order, the social distancing, and of course E-learning but like we always do as Americans we will get through this.  We all hope this ends soon and we are back together again in the near future.  Students please make sure that you are exercising regularly, and please make sure you go into Polaris and click on the PE folder and do the stretches and workouts that we have posted for you.
