     Welcome to Mrs. Hymes Classroom

For information about how I will be assisting your student/child please call me at 330-830-8034 ext. 3560 or send me an email: csh3jc@jackson.sparcc.org. I am blessed to have the opportunity to teach reading, fluency, decoding, and writing at JMMS this school year. All students who will be working with me will receive a pass to come to room 260 during their scheduled time or will receive an email with a Google Meet Code and time that will be consistent for each week.

I am looking forward to a great year of teaching and learning. Go Bears!

Here is a list of some of the exciting choice books for JMMS 8th graders in 2020/21. 6th and  7th grade students will be choosing novels that are interesting to each student and that meet requirements set forth by their Language Arts teacher. I am available to assist students in picking out choice books that may be a fit as well. For more choices,  please feel free to email me. Happy Reading!
