6th grade assessments will consist of fitness gram fitness testing and everyday participating in the current activity. In fitness gram the students will be tested twice once in the fall and again in the spring. What we as teachers like to see is improvement from fall to spring. The fitness test consist of the following,
Cardiovascular Endurance: Pacer and Mile run
Muscular Strength and Endurance: Sit-ups and Push-ups
Flexibility: Sit-N-reach and Trunk Extension.
