What an exciting time to be in 5th grade as we dive into blended learning with our new chrome books!  Our subjects will be infused with technology as we cover the 5th-grade curriculum standards. Our activities in technology this year will be integrated into our language arts and social studies curriculum as we utilize our 1:1 chrome books.

I encourage students to practice their typing skills on a regular basis.  Hand placement is very important.  It seems as if they are slower at first but with practice, they will get faster.  We discourage the hunt and peck method.
