Reading and writing is such a big part of what we will be learning together, and you will be AMAZED at what your child can do at the end of this year. All About Mrs. Nehlen
I was born and raised in Uniontown, Ohio. I went to Lake Local Schools from kindergarten through 12th grade. I graduated The University of Akron with a degree in Elementary Education. I then graduated from Kent State University with my Master's Degree in School Counseling.
It's hard to believe that this will be my 21st year teaching first grade. The years have flown by! Each year has brought new lessons, experiences and challenges, and it has been amazing to watch each child learn and grow so much in the short time we are together.
I have two beautiful daughters, Isabella who is 15 years old and Olivia who is 11 years old. They go to school at Lake. They are my joys!
