Scott was elected to the Board in 2004 and reelected in 2008, 2012, 2016 and 2019. Mr. Gindlesberger holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from University of Mount Union and a master's degree in Finance from University of Akron. He is a Sr. Vice President with Stifel Nicolaus.

Community activities included serving as a Trustee of the University of Mount Union and on the Finance Council for St. Michael’s Church.

Mr. Gindlesberger and his wife Susie have four children.
