Sealed bids will be received by the Jackson Local School District Board of Education (the “Owner”), as provided in this notice for the Nursing Lab & Maintenance Project (the “Project”). Contract documents, which include additional details of the Project, are on file and available at AA Blueprint, 2757 Gilchrist Road, Akron, Ohio 44305, Phone: 800.821.3700, www.aablueprint.com.

Bids shall be enclosed in a sealed envelope addressed to Jackson Local School District Board of Education, ATTN: Bryan Haas, Treasurer, 7602 Fulton Drive, Massillon, Ohio 44646 and plainly marked on the outside "JACKSON LOCAL SCHOOL DISTRICT BOARD OF EDUCATION NURSING LAB & MAINTENANCE Project BID."  Bids will be received until 1:00 p.m., local time, October 15, 2024.

All bids must include a Bid Guaranty, as described in the Instructions to Bidders. Prevailing wage rates do not apply.  No bidder may withdraw its bid within 60 days after the opening; the Owner reserves the right to waive irregularities, reject any or all bids, and conduct necessary investigations to determine bidder responsibility.
