The Ohio Department of Health requires that all students in grades 9 and 11th be screened for vision and hearing.  For the 2021-2022 school year, Vision and hearing screenings for 11th grade will be completed on 3/15/22 during their English classes and 9th grade vision and hearing screenings will be completed on 3/17/22 during World History.  

 

The vision screening will test distance visual acuity, and the hearing screen will test conductive hearing loss. Parents/Guardians will be notified by mail of any failures for both vision and hearing screenings.
