August 19 OneCall Email from Superintendent DiLoreto

Dear parents, caregivers and students:
The Jackson Local School District has made some changes to traffic patterns for morning drop-off and afternoon pick-up as well as other procedural changes specific to each building. It is important to look at these maps and watch the video from your building principal to familiarize yourself and your child(ren) with theses changes. It also is important to remember this is the start of a school year in uncertain times and we all will need to remember to exercise patience as we settle into new routines.
Jackson Memorial Middle School morning drop-off will require families coming from the west on Mudbrook to only enter from the Sauder Elementary parking lot, progress through the loop and drop off from the right side of your vehicle in the drop-off zone. You must then exit from the Sauder lot making a right-hand turn only.
Families coming from the east off Fulton will only be able to enter the drop-off zone from the entrance near the bus garage, drop off from the right side of the vehicle and exit the lot making a left-hand turn only.
Please see map below:

There is a new exiting procedure at Lake Cable Elementary for both morning drop-off and afternoon pick-up. Vehicles will only be able to exit Lake Cable making a right-hand turn onto Villa Padova.
See diagram below:

Also, it is important to watch these brief videos from your building principals to familiarize yourself with new procedures for this school year.
