New Student Registration

Kindergarten to Grade 5 Registration for school year 2025-2026

Online registration will open on February 1, 2025

You can use this same link to register students in grades 1-12.

Information for students in grades 6-12 is below.

If you already have a student attending one of our Jackson schools, please use the username and password you created to fill out the

“First Day Forms.” If you have any questions, please contact your home school.

If you do not know what elementary building your child should attend, please click here to find your school by street address.

After completing the registration forms online, the support documents listed below are needed to finalize your registration.

Original Board of Health Birth Certificate
Current proof of residency within Jackson Local School District (at least three of the following):
- Lease agreement including signatures of lessee and lessor
- Purchase/Construction Agreement
- Current gas bill
- Current electric bill
- Ohio Driver's License with Current Address
- Current Bank Statement
- W-2Current Pay-Stub
- Homeowners or Renters Insurance Document
- Income Statement from Social Security, Child Support, or Government Assistance
- Another bill with the current address in your name, postmarked within the last 30 days.
Immunization records (please click here for current immunization and TB requirements)
Custody papers (if applicable)
Parent/Guardian Photo ID

Please bring the documents to your child's school February 10-21, Monday-Friday between 9:30 AM and 2:30 PM.

Please bring your child to registration so the office can take a photo for the school ID badge.
