Welcome to Tropical Beach 217! Join us as we navigate the first grade waters together and embark on a learning adventure sure to delight! This year will be full of learning and fun!! Our classroom will center around respect and an understanding that all students learn differently and have varying abilities. We will be respectful and understanding of other's needs so that we can all grow and do our best work in first grade. We will also follow the FISH philosophy and work on being Bucket Fillers. We will work together each day to Be There, Play, Make Their Day and Choose Our Attitudes...following these four principles can lead to behaviors that fill buckets and create a classroom community that truly cares about each and every one of it's members.
